For nearly 100 years, Assistance League of Los Angeles has worked to improve the lives of underserved, foster and homeless children in our community.
The League’s Family Day of Service will be a unique opportunity for local families to give back to children in need. For this event they will be collecting a variety of scholastic goodies for children that include crayons, rulers, colored paper, spiral notebooks, pencils, erasers, wide-ruled notebook paper, colored pencils, glue sticks, index cards, educational workbooks and gift cards.
On the day of the event, attendees will sort and pack all the supplies, make special handmade cards and enjoy light refreshment and entertainment.
Please join them as they kick off their centennial year, by attending this FREE, family friendly event.
