Join Light Bringer Project’s Virtual Pasadena Chalk Festival

Join your fellow chalk artists in the Virtual Pasadena Chalk Festival to do what they are known to do best- create beauty! Inspire! Bring Joy! If you would like to draw and showcase your art on The Paseo, fell free. The event is open to everyone. No entry forms are required. Select a place where you can comfortably draw an amazing mural. Wear your favorite PCF t-shirt, a badge if you have one, and grab some chalk! Our friends at Blick Art Materials are providing discounts on chalk. Create your mural between the dates of Thursday, June 18 and Sunday, June 21. Most importantly. Share your image with everyone you know, then hashtag us: @PasadenaChalFestival #pasadenachalkfestival #blickatmaterials. They will post all of your murals on their website and on their social media for all to see and virtually enjoy.

Join a FREE Virtual Visual Arts & Movement Classes for 55+ with P.S. ARTS

Every Tuesday (except June 30th) P.S. ARTS will provide a free visual arts or movement class to adults who are 55+. Each week, they will provide a list of the materials needed to participate as well as options for substitutions. This is a great way to stay connected to your friends and family, as well as meet new people, so please feel free to share the event link, as they welcome as many people as possible! June 23 - Movement w/ Charlotte (you can do from your chair). Here is what participants should have for class on Tuesday 6/23: Chair or comfortable seat, Comfortable clothes you can move in, A clear space to move safely. Optional: water nearby, yoga mat: We will NOT be doing anything seated on the floor. It sometimes just feels good for cushion under the feet. July 7 - Visual Arts w/ Rebecca. July 14 - Movement w/ Charlotte. July 21 - Visual Arts w/ Rebecca.
