Every Tuesday (except June 30th) P.S. ARTS will provide a free visual arts or movement class to adults who are 55+. Each week, they will provide a list of the materials needed to participate as well as options for substitutions. This is a great way to stay connected to your friends and family, as well as meet new people, so please feel free to share the event link, as they welcome as many people as possible! June 23 – Movement w/ Charlotte (you can do from your chair). Here is what participants should have for class on Tuesday 6/23: Chair or comfortable seat, Comfortable clothes you can move in, A clear space to move safely. Optional: water nearby, yoga mat: We will NOT be doing anything seated on the floor. It sometimes just feels good for cushion under the feet. July 7 – Visual Arts w/ Rebecca. July 14 – Movement w/ Charlotte. July 21 – Visual Arts w/ Rebecca.
